Reverie Nails & Spa enforces a cancellation policy on select services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows and late cancellations. Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are late for your scheduled appointment, and it is up to Reverie Nails & Spa to decide whether the fee is applied.
The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel before the deadline listed on your confirmation page, no cancellation fee is withdrawn from your account. As the fee is not charged for successful appointments, you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full once the service is completed.
You can cancel up to 3 hours prior to the appointment.
👉Any cancellation/rescheduling later than that is considered last-minute and will result in a cancellation fee (Non-transferable, 50% of total service cost). No exceptions.
👉If we’re unable to process payments from the credit card on file, we will reach out to you person. Your account will be put on hold and all future appointments will be cancelled until the balance is paid.
👉If you booked for multiple services and decide to not get any of the services, you still need to let us know at least 3 hours before your appointment. Otherwise the cancellation fee will still apply for that service being cancelled.
👉If you’re going to arrive later than 10 minutes after your appointment, you must call and let us know; otherwise your appointment will be cancelled automatically.
👉No-shows/No-calls are against our policy and will be marked every time. 3 No-shows will result in a permanent ban from visiting our salon.
👉If you’re booking for someone else, you’re responsible for everything stated above.
